THE STORY OF A PHOTOGRAPHER

I am most proud of the work that I am doing to create a Women's Empowerment Project. I have found that my current favorite niche is shooting real people with real emotions, using creativity and natural light. I think it's important to keep an open mind and know that it's ok for goals, likes, and preferences to change and evolve as time goes on!

My path up to this point has been all over the place. But I guess that's what life is all about. I got my BFA in Radio, Television, and Film from the University of North Texas. I began working towards becoming an Assistant Director for Film/TV. Fast forward many years and I started doing more video shooting and editing.

Which led to me discovering I loved photography even more than video! I began in the wedding industry and found portraits were my passion. I have shot everything from headshots for actors to architecture for real estate companies and products for brands. I love having the versatility and knowledge to be flexible based on what my clients are looking for.
